Diagnosed with ADHD Amy wants advice from Eddie.
Amy (35) is a nurse from Newcastle. She is a proud leader within Kayleigh’s Mamma Social group and credits the community with being a vital source of support during her own experience with postnatal depression following the birth of her first child six years ago.
Now, she is joyfully embracing life with her newest addition, a beautiful baby just a few weeks old. Amy is looking to embrace and work hard on all three aspects of the challenge. A self-acknowledged binge eater, she is now focused on finding healthier ways to experience that dopamine boost. Her fitness levels need to improve as the Mamma Social walks are currently her only form of exercise. Amy’s biggest journey perhaps revolves around her ADHD diagnosis.
Not longer wanting to go down the medication route, she wants to learn more about symptom management through a healthier lifestyle.
