Medical Advice

If you are currently on medication or diagnosed with a medical condition, or being treated for a medical condition, pregnant or lactating, you must seek medical advice first before implementing changes to your current diet based on the 40 Day Health Challenge Food Plan and/ or before commencing on the 40 Day Health Challenge Fitness Plan.
