Dr. Sumi Dunne say “100% you can do both”. “Parallel Journey” is the way Dr. Sumi describes it. “Anything that encourages movement and encourages us to eat better 100%, GLP 1 medication for those who need it 100%”.

 

Fitness Expert Karl Henry says he is meeting more and more people on GLP 1 medication and they are “lighter and weaker” because they lose muscle mass and they are not eating enough protein.

 

Dietitian Sophie Pratt believes this is why her 40-day meal plan is good for people on the medication as it’s nutritionally balanced, with protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals.
