40DHC is coming to the UK
The popular 40 Day Health Challenge, which has already inspired thousands in Ireland, is launching a dedicated programme for participants across the United Kingdom in 2026.
With a team of trusted experts — including fitness coach Karl Henry, GP Dr. Sumi Dunne, clinical psychologist Dr. Eddie Murphy, and dietitian Sophie Pratt — the challenge offers a structured plan to improve health and wellbeing over 40 days.
The programme combines daily meal plans, tailored exercise routines, and mental health guidance, making it accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Participants can choose goals such as weight loss, maintenance, or strength building, while benefiting from expert advice to aleviate any concerns.
