Mum of 7 wants to introduce healthier food at home.
Suzanne (48) is originally from Galway but currently lives in Kilcullen. She has spent over 20 years in the same routine as a stay-at-home mum of seven.
As she approaches her 50th birthday, which she will celebrate alongside her twin, she is ready for meaningful change. Currently training to become a healthcare assistant, she is determined to push herself beyond her comfort zone and embrace a new chapter.
By joining the 40 Day Health Challenge, she hopes to rediscover motivation, improve her lifestyle, address her fussy eating habits, and consciously incorporate exercise into her life for the very first time.
